What you'll do

• Prepare the Dining Room and service areas
• keep service stations clean, organized, and stocked
• clear and reset tables
• assist with water, bread, food running, and other guest needs
• communicate guest needs and service priorities
• polish dining equipment
• assist with private dining, events, and in-room dining as needed.
