What you'll do

• Process vehicle sales contracts, lease agreements, and finance paperwork
• verify invoices, trade-in documents, and financing agreements
• calculate taxes, registration fees, and other charges
• submit financing paperwork and follow up with financial institutions
• resolve discrepancies with sales and finance teams
• maintain transaction records
• assist with titling, registration, and inventory reconciliation
• answer customer questions about purchases and financing.
