Boys & Girls Clubs of the Valley supports its organizational operations, staff, and families through its membership system. This role administers and improves MyClubHub so Clubs and families can use membership, program registration, reporting, and account processes reliably. It supports that work through system configuration, user assistance and training, data integrity, and monitoring payment and billing activity.

What you'll do

• Administer and configure MyClubHub, including programs, registrations, membership options, fees, discounts, accounts, and permissions
• coordinate updates and testing
• resolve support tickets and troubleshoot issues
• maintain reports and data integrity
• monitor registrations, payments, billing, and balances
• develop user resources and provide training.
