What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including payables, receivables, reconciliations, deposits, vendor payments, and month-end close
• develop accounting procedures and controls
• prepare financial reports
• assist with budgeting and cash-flow forecasting
• build job-costing systems
• coordinate payroll records with ADP
• maintain compliance records
• work with the company CPA
• recommend operational and financial improvements.
