The Area Supervisor role is an onsite, full-time position in Longview, TX, paying $15–$16 per hour. The position is part of Ross Stores’ in-store leadership team. The supervisor oversees an assigned store area and store operations when serving as Manager on Duty, helping maintain a safe, customer-friendly shopping environment through associate supervision, merchandising, front-end operations, and loss prevention.

What you'll do

• Open and close the store
• supervise Associates
• maintain store safety, security, cleanliness, and merchandise presentation
• oversee receiving, stockroom organization, and merchandising
• support loss prevention
• coach front-end Associates
• manage customer flow and break schedules
• complete assigned cash, deposit, and payroll administration.
