The Senior Pastor role is onsite in Columbia, SC. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000 per year. The position supports Fellowship Bible Church’s mission to equip members for worship, discipleship, outreach, fellowship, and service. Serving as one of the elders, the Senior Pastor provides biblical teaching and discipleship, shepherds the congregation, and helps mobilize community outreach. The role also oversees church staff and office operations while sharing church direction and ministry responsibilities with the elder board.

What you'll do

• Serve as an elder and participate in shared church leadership
• prepare and deliver expository biblical messages
• shepherd congregants through prayer, counseling, visitation, weddings, funerals, and baptism
• lead and train members for community outreach
• oversee church staff and office operations
• support ministry planning and budgeting with church leaders.
