What you'll do

• Analyze business processes and identify inefficiencies
• work with stakeholders to document workflows and recommend improvements
• lead improvement initiatives from discovery through implementation
• use SQL to analyze operational and financial data
• support reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence
• identify automation opportunities and implement AI-enabled solutions
• support workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform and similar technologies
• coordinate project plans, communications, implementation, and timelines
• measure and communicate outcomes.
