Donation Services Associate — Part-Time

Job overview

The Donation Services Associate works onsite in Arvada, CO, for $17.01 per hour. Weekend and evening availability is required, and donation hours run Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM–8:30 PM, and Sunday, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM. The role supports Goodwill of Colorado’s retail donation operations. As a first point of contact for donors, the associate provides courteous service, unloads and sorts donations, and helps determine which items are suitable for sale or shipment. The work helps keep donation areas safe and organized and supports the flow of donated goods.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and assist with unloading donations
• handle and sort donated items into appropriate bins or production areas
• inspect donations and assess quality for the sales floor or shipment
• maintain a safe, clean, organized donation entrance and parking area
• assist with loading and unloading trucks when needed
• follow safety procedures and retail center policies.
