• Lead and mentor the leadership team across Accounting, Marketing, Sales, and Operations/Production
• track departmental performance using CRMs, Excel, and KPIs
• resolve problems and support team cohesion
• own the company operating system and consistent processes
• align lead generation, sales, and production
• execute the business plan
• build a self-sustaining operation and culture based on company core values.
