Employment Program Manager

What you'll do

• Lead employer outreach and engagement
• build partnerships with businesses and workforce organizations
• conduct employer trainings and presentations
• support job placements and retention
• help businesses obtain and maintain Recovery Friendly Workplace designation
• identify integrated employment opportunities
• ensure fidelity to the IPS model and grant requirements
• support participant job readiness and progress
• collaborate with recovery coaches and staff
• maintain records and outcome data
• prepare grant reports
• support workshops and program development.
