Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care. Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise. Care for patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatme
