The Mortgage Loan Servicer role is onsite in Fitchburg, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. IC Credit Union supports members’ financial success and home financing needs. The role services mortgage, home equity, and commercial loan portfolios while maintaining accuracy, regulatory compliance, and responsive member service. It supports the Mortgage Servicing team by processing loan activity, managing escrow and reconciliations, resolving inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

What you'll do

• Set up mortgage and home equity loans in the core processing system
• manage escrow accounts for taxes, insurance, and private mortgage insurance
• answer and resolve servicing inquiries
• monitor adjustable loan rates
• process and reconcile mortgage-related invoices
• reconcile servicing, general ledger, and checking accounts
• process payoff requests and discharges
• conduct quality control reviews
• maintain records and documentation
• support process improvements and departmental initiatives.
