What you'll do

• Perform grounds work, plumbing, minor electrical work, basic carpentry, HVAC and food-service equipment troubleshooting, wall repair, building-engine maintenance, painting, special projects, and seasonal snow removal
• respond to emergency situations
• participate in the scheduled emergency on-call rotation
• operate maintenance equipment and delivery vans or box trucks during winter season.
