Multi-Line Representative — State Farm Agent Team Member

What you'll do

• Communicate with prospects and customers to understand needs and provide product information
• convert prospects through phone, text, email, and virtual appointments
• sell auto, homeowners, renters, and other property and casualty insurance
• identify bundling opportunities and coverage gaps
• introduce life insurance and schedule specialist appointments when appropriate
• build customer relationships and generate referrals
• document activity in the CRM
• manage leads and follow-up
• participate in community marketing.
