What you'll do

• Protect the facility, property, and surrounding campus
• perform general unarmed security duties and enforce applicable policies and post orders
• make emergency notifications
• direct and train subordinate officers
• oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training
• ensure required training and screening are complete
• inspect security personnel and service quality for contract compliance
• maintain overtime within designated limits
• make recommendations on productivity, cost reduction, physical security surveys, post orders, and personnel actions
• assist with payroll and incident reports.
