• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and yearly retail goals
• increase sales per square foot through pricing and merchandise quality and quantity
• improve bottom-line contribution through retail program management and resource use
• price, display, and maintain merchandise
• increase donations through appropriate receiving, handling, and organization
• hire, train, retain, motivate, and communicate with store employees.
