What you'll do

• Develop referral business and formal service agreements
• educate property owners and facility managers about proactive disaster planning and Emergency Response Agreements
• manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through contract execution and account management
• use CRM software to track leads, client preferences, and networking activity
• submit weekly activity reports
• serve as a liaison between clients and internal operations and estimating teams.
