What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize dishware, glassware, silverware, cookware, trays, and kitchen equipment
• sweep, scrub, and mop kitchen floors and other assigned areas
• clean the dish room, drains, walk-ins, and freezer floors
• remove garbage and clean garbage cans
• store food and cleaning supplies
• maintain proper care of kitchen equipment.
