What you'll do

• confirm specifications, lead times, and shipping details with vendors
• align deliveries with construction milestones
• coordinate receipt, storage, and installation with contractors
• liaise among construction teams, engineers, and vendors
• review drawings and specifications
• support RFIs, submittals, and schedule updates
• maintain procurement and installation records
• coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning
• assist with site logistics, budget tracking, change orders, and punch-list completion
• verify compliance with project standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
