What you'll do

• Transport residents to and from activities, appointments, and facilities within the center. Provide physical assistance and emotional support as needed
• assist with lifting, transferring, and repositioning residents. Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff, maintain an organized transportation area, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and follow HIPAA confidentiality guidelines.
