The Closing Floater Teacher – Early Childhood Education role is an onsite, part-time position in Dedham, MA, scheduled Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Compensation is $22–$23 per hour. The Learning Experience – Dedham provides support across its infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. The teacher provides afternoon classroom coverage, helps maintain teacher-to-child ratios, and supports children through activities and dismissal. The role also helps prepare classrooms for the next day and maintains a safe, organized learning environment while building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

What you'll do

• Support infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms during the afternoon
• help maintain teacher-to-child ratios
• assist with snack, playground time, classroom activities, and dismissal
• prepare classrooms for the following day
• build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment
• follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements.
