What you'll do

• Administer and record medications as ordered under licensed-nurse supervision
• follow medication-administration procedures and applicable regulations
• observe and report medication reactions, side effects, and changes in resident condition
• maintain medication records and room organization
• communicate with medical and nursing staff
• submit incident reports within 24 hours.
