The Senior Mechanical HVAC Plumbing Service Technician role is onsite in Dallas, TX, and pays $40–$50 per hour. The technician supports RLP Mechanical's commercial mechanical contracting and service work for customers in the Greater DFW area. The role maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial hydronic, HVAC, plumbing, and facility systems, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and pumped systems. The technician also installs and maintains plumbing systems, interprets technical drawings, documents work, and responds to calls as needed to support reliable building operations.

What you'll do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial hydronics, heat exchangers, facility equipment, and systems
• maintain and repair boilers, chillers, and cooling towers
• service pumped systems
• install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems
• interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• keep accurate work records
• take call as needed.
