• Coach Family Service Professionals and Advanced Planning Professionals on customer service, prospecting, product knowledge, sales presentations, and paperwork
• manage scheduling, lead distribution, and follow-up
• generate leads through service, networking, and community interaction
• support pre-need sales budgeting
• respond to customer complaints within 24 hours
• manage team performance and staffing
• review sales contracts
• ensure compliance with sales practices
• communicate team progress to leadership.
