What you'll do

• Process customer product orders in the order-entry system
• prepare domestic and international shipping documents
• coordinate freight logistics
• serve as a customer service contact for shipping and order issues
• coordinate shipment readiness with Shipping Department personnel
• prepare packing lists and invoicing documents
• scan and file records
• prepare and ship product samples.
