• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, transfers, personal hygiene, and ambulation

• report abnormal findings, injuries, incidents, skin issues, complaints, suspected abuse or neglect, misappropriation, and unsafe conditions.

Why this role

Must already be a State Tested Nursing Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant, or successfully complete and pass a state-approved nurse aide training program and competency exam within four months of hire. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
