What you'll do

• Prepare, portion, and package ingredients and menu items according to recipes and production schedules
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• set up and break down prep stations
• label, date, and store food
• maintain kitchen cleanliness
• assist with inventory and deliveries
• and coordinate with the Prepared Foods Manager and store staff on consistency and quality.
