The Donor Recruitment Specialist role is onsite in Bethlehem, PA, with starting pay of $15.07 per hour, commensurate with experience. Miller-Keystone Blood Center provides blood products to hospitals in Pennsylvania and New Jersey to support its mission of saving lives. The specialist supports donor recruitment and blood drive communication, schedules donor appointments, educates donors about blood supply needs, and assists visitors and clients at the center’s call center and front desk.

What you'll do

• Schedule donor appointments by phone and in person
• educate donors about blood supply needs
• recruit donors using the Hemaconnect system
• greet and assist donors, visitors, and clients
• respond to inquiries and resolve issues
• assist with training, standard operating procedures, and special projects.

Why this role

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a half-day Saturday or Sunday shift approximately once or twice per month and a half-day off during the week in exchange.
