The director oversees clinical and administrative support for the Wellness Department, helping coordinate access to services and strengthen staff practice. Through supervision, consultation, training, and partnerships, the role supports coordinated, trauma-informed care for transitional-age youth facing mental health or substance-use challenges.

What you'll do

• Manage and triage the Wellness clinical-services waitlist and match referrals to clinicians and interns
• provide clinical and administrative supervision
• consult with program staff and leadership and facilitate case conferences
• assess training needs and lead trainings as needed
• support coordinated service delivery, compliance, and fiscal responsibility
• maintain community partnerships
• review clinical notes and audit files
• oversee harm-reduction kits and related data tracking
• participate in the on-call clinical consultation rotation
• travel independently to program and partner sites.
