The role balances production response with preventive maintenance, reliability, food safety, and asset-care requirements, while coordinating handoffs and work across departments.

What you'll do

• Lead and prioritize shift maintenance activities
• coach technicians
• respond to breakdowns and guide repairs
• maintain work orders and maintenance records in D365/CMMS
• lead shift turnover
• coordinate parts and maintenance needs with partner teams
• support preventive and predictive maintenance, TPM, and continuous improvement
• participate in root-cause analysis
• ensure safety, food-safety, and GMP compliance.
