The Security Shift Supervisor – Overnight Warehouse Operations is an onsite role in Canal Winchester, OH. Pay is $25 per hour. The schedule is Friday through Monday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. The role supports security services at an assigned customer site as part of Allied Universal’s security and facility services operations. The supervisor coordinates security service delivery on the assigned shift and serves as a liaison among security officers and site and account leadership. The role contributes to consistent site coverage by supervising staff, providing coaching, and responding calmly to routine and crisis situations.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate security officers on the assigned shift
• act as liaison between site leadership, account or field operations management, and officers
• provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved guidelines
• prepare written reports and logs
• handle common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
