Project Engineer – Mechanical

What you'll do

• Assist the Project Manager in managing and supervising project phases
• manage submittals
• respond to or create RFIs
• assist with change-order negotiations and logs
• support budget management and expense approvals
• interface with project owners
• maintain project records and closeout documents
• prepare and manage schedules
• coordinate punch-list inspections
• estimate change orders
• administer contracts
• assist with subcontract and equipment buyout.
