Job title: Maintenance/Facilities Manager. Reports to: Plant Manager. The Maintenance Manager provides direction for employees responsible for the upkeep of buildings and grounds, the repair and maintenance of equipment and machinery, and modifications to the structure or layout of the facility. Organize outside contractors to maintain grounds including landscape and snow removal.
