Job overview

The Account Executive role is onsite in Dallas, TX. Year-one on-target earnings are $110,000–$150,000, including a base salary starting at $50,000 plus uncapped commission and a yearly bonus. EarthCam provides webcam technology and visual-data tools that give construction teams real-time jobsite visibility. The account executive owns a Texas territory and manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposals, negotiation, and closing, to grow new business and customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Own an assigned territory
• prospect through outreach, referrals, networking, and industry events
• qualify prospects and conduct discovery
• build pipeline and convert opportunities
• present products through virtual and in-person meetings and demonstrations
• develop proposals
• meet activity, pipeline, and revenue quotas
• maintain CRM and forecasting records
• coordinate internal resources
• build customer relationships
• attend approved events
• travel periodically to New Jersey headquarters and visit customers and jobsites as appropriate.
