What you'll do

• Welcome employees, visitors, contractors, and guests
• verify credentials and follow sign-in and badging processes
• direct guests
• answer calls, provide general information, receive deliveries, and maintain records
• respond to incidents and alarms
• follow emergency procedures and notify appropriate personnel
• maintain awareness at the entry point.
