• troubleshoot production equipment and complex control systems
• use predictive technologies to assess equipment condition
• participate in continuous-improvement activities
• source parts and suggest reliability improvements
• maintain records and review CMMS history
• follow safety and housekeeping standards
• train and coach technicians
• project-manage when assigned.
