The Overnight Direct Care for Children role is an onsite position located in Brownwood, TX. This role exists to provide direct supervision and support to children, ages 5-17, during nighttime hours. The staff member creates a safe, stable, and home-like environment to help children heal from emotional trauma.
What you'll do
- Provide overnight direct supervision and support
- Plan and assist with nightly activities
- Help with household chores
- Get children up and ready in the morning
- Take children to the on-campus school
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Perform conflict resolution or crisis intervention.
