Staff Pharmacist — Retail and Long-Term Care

The Staff Pharmacist works onsite in Stockton, CA. Compensation is $67–$72 per hour. Hammer Lane Pharmacy serves both retail customers and long-term-care facilities. What you'll do

• Review prescriptions for accuracy, suitability, and potential interactions
• fill prescriptions with the correct medication and dose
• counsel patients on side effects, dosage, storage, and interactions
• maintain patient records and pharmacy files
• manage inventory and receiving standards
• maintain a clean and safe work environment
• consult with care-home staff, owners, nurses, physicians, and other providers as described.
