Job overview

The specialist assists customers with product and membership questions, shares recommendations, facilitates transactions, and supports store presentation and merchandise organization. The role contributes to customer satisfaction and outdoor experiences by connecting customers with REI products and services.
What you'll do
- Assist customers with questions about products, memberships, and special ticket sales
- maintain visual standards with store management, merchandising, and sales leads
- participate in REI Sales & Service Training and promote REI goods and services
- support store pickup by receiving and processing products
