What you'll do
- Maintain vendor relationships and confidential information
- file purchase and request paperwork
- reconcile purchase orders and invoices
- track contract requirements, orders, deliveries, inventory, and back orders
- update information systems
- notify program staff about order status
- maintain delivery schedules and orderly inventory areas
- prepare requisition orders
- answer and route calls
- receive and distribute supplies as needed.
