Compensation is $2 per hour. The Assistant Hospitality Manager is an onsite role based in Midlothian, VA. , though an additional $1.50/hr is provided for overnight shifts. This role supports the Sheetz customer service mission by ensuring a best-in-class experience for all store visitors. This position exists to manage customer-facing operations, including inventory, service standards, and staff leadership. The Assistant Hospitality Manager contributes to the store's success by maintaining cleanliness, hospitality standards, and efficient transaction processes in the absence of the Store Manager.
