What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide proactive service
• operate handheld lift-ticket pickup devices
• learn the My Epic App and its offerings
• manage guest flow and queues
• provide accurate information about resort conditions, operations, and events
• monitor safety and escalate concerns
• support base-area upkeep, including snow shoveling and ice melt
• assist other departments as needed, including ticket and pass sales, ski and ride school, mountain access scanning, activities, food and beverage, parking, and lift operations.

Why this role
