What you'll do

• synthesize findings into recommendations, role profiles, journey maps, and task flows
• create wireframes and prototypes in Figma
• validate concepts through iterative testing
• collaborate with product, engineering, data, and subject-matter teams
• support backlog refinement, design reviews, and handoffs
• conduct domain and comparative product research.
