What you'll do

• Support planning and execution of fiber network builds, upgrades, and repairs
• lead installation, splicing, testing, and commissioning
• coordinate field technicians, workloads, materials, and procurement
• monitor progress and productivity
• provide technical guidance on fiber testing and troubleshooting
• support QA/QC, safety compliance, documentation, and reporting
• provide leadership coverage for the Site Supervisor.
