Accounting Consultant — Sage Intacct (Remote, US)

The Accounting Consultant — Sage Intacct may work fully remote or hybrid from the Tennessee office; the posting describes remote work in the United States. What you'll do

• Manage client issues and resolution plans
• build client relationships and gather referrals and testimonials
• monitor at-risk accounts, surveys, and project feedback
• manage client contacts and onboarding
• prepare surveys
• handle renewal contracting and concerns
• coordinate with Client Experience, Support, Finance, and Professional Services
• and identify client needs and service opportunities.

Why this role
