What you'll do

• Set up and break down meeting and event rooms according to event specifications
• inspect function rooms and public areas
• ensure audio/visual and event equipment is in place and working
• inventory and maintain banquet equipment
• respond to guest requests and changes
• assist with serving as needed
• maintain banquet areas
• support the catering and events team.
