Team Leader, Second Shift

The Team Leader role is onsite in Brookville, OH. Compensation is $22.55 per hour. TFT Global partners with manufacturers to support their operations and supply-chain efficiency. The role leads material handlers and general laborers while participating in daily shop operations. It supports safe, accurate, and timely material flow by coordinating work, monitoring performance and quality, and helping meet customer schedules.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and support material handlers and general laborers
• assign daily tasks and monitor workflow
• participate in outbound loading and unloading
• oversee receiving, staging, storage, and shipping
• operate forklifts safely and train team members in material handling
• conduct equipment checks and report maintenance needs
• communicate issues, delays, inventory shortages, and equipment concerns
• support lean manufacturing and 5S
• complete daily QPV checklists
• promote safety and ensure parts are delivered accurately and on time.
