What you'll do

• Assist with skilled trades duties, cleaning, repairs, installations, and testing of systems and equipment
• conduct building and systems checks
• inspect grounds, elevators, fire extinguishers, and bathrooms
• perform minor repairs, preventive maintenance, painting, patching, and general building repairs
• work with subcontractors
• and assume responsibility for assigned building keys. Occasional travel between courts in the cluster is required.
