The Hotel Security / Overnight Shuttle Driver is an onsite, full-time role in Charlotte, NC, paying $16–$17 per hour. The TownePlace Suites by Marriott is hiring for shifts from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.; weekday and weekend availability is required. The role supports guest safety and service at the hotel. The position combines hotel security duties with guest transportation. It helps protect guests, associates, and property through patrols and incident response, while transporting guests safely and courteously to the airport or other designated locations.

What you'll do

• Patrol hotel interiors, exteriors, and property
• respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
• assist guests and deliver requested items
• enforce hotel policies
• protect hotel assets
• complete shift reports
• transport guests safely
• follow traffic regulations
• assist with luggage
• maintain, fuel, and service vehicles
• complete daily pre-driving checklists.
