What you'll do

• Depending on the role, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot thermoforming or extrusion equipment
• perform setups, changeovers, and adjustments
• meet quality, safety, and GMP standards
• complete production, quality, and downtime documentation
• follow safety rules and OSHA requirements
• support continuous improvement, efficiency, and waste reduction
• communicate with supervisors, maintenance, and quality teams
• maintain a clean, organized work area.
